Before you arrive
Send us the job list and the equipment details before you sail. With three days' notice, an engineer and the parts are waiting on the quay when you arrive.

While you are alongside
If something fails, we arrange for a marine engineer to diagnose it, and bring in the manufacturer's authorised service agent where the fault lies with a named piece of equipment.

Out of the water
We book the yard slot, plan the approach with the harbour and the pilots, and arrange Inward Processing Relief for a yacht under Temporary Admission.
