Arrival formalities
Planning around the tide, the berth, pilots, bridges and locks, the reports to Border Force, dues and fuel.
Owners and guests

Your visit

Before you arrive
Send us your dates and the port. We book the berth, arrange the pilot and any bridge lift or lock, make the reports to Border Force and send a pro forma account.

While you are alongside
From Dover to Poole we meet you on arrival, with the West Country by arrangement, and we are standing by throughout your stay, with fuel, provisions, stores and spares delivered to the yacht.

Your guests and crew
Owners and guests are met at the terminal and brought to the yacht, and crew changes are planned around your arrival and departure.
- 04
When you sail
We arrange the pilot and the bridge or lock for departure, settle the dues, make the departure report and send our account within a week.
