What we collect and why

Enquiries: Your name, company, contact details, your role, and the yacht's details and dates, used to answer your enquiry and prepare an estimate.
Port calls: For a call we arrange, the crew and guest details the authorities require, including passport details, used to make the reports to Border Force and the port and to arrange travel, berths and services. The lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you and the legal obligations that attach to the call.
Site use: Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits and actions such as a telephone tap or a request for an estimate. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Authorities: Border Force, HM Revenue and Customs and harbour authorities, as the call requires.
Suppliers: Berths, pilots, transport, hotels and other suppliers, only as far as each needs to provide its service.
Service providers: Our site host and analytics (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and email (Google Workspace), under their terms as processors.

Enquiries: Up to two years from the last contact, unless a call follows.
Calls and accounts: Six years from the end of the financial year of the call, for accounting and legal purposes.

Access and correction: You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows.
Complaints: If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
