Owners and guests

From the aircraft steps to the gangway, every journey for owners and guests is arranged with discretion: chauffeured cars, private jets met at the terminal, helicopters, hotels and the best of the United Kingdom ashore.

What we arrange

  1. 01

    Chauffeured cars

Licensed chauffeurs for every journey, from the aircraft steps to the yacht and on to lunch, the races or the theatre. A separate vehicle carries the luggage.

  2. 02

    Close protection

Officers licensed by the Security Industry Authority, arranged where you instruct it and working to your own security team's brief.

  3. 03

    Meeting the aircraft

We work with the fixed base operator before the aircraft lands, and where the terminal permits it the car meets the aircraft at the steps.

  4. 04

    Helicopters

Charters with licensed operators, for transfers and days out, with the landing site's permission obtained before the flight.

  5. 05

    Entry to the United Kingdom

Electronic Travel Authorisations and visas, arranged through a specialist for guests who need them.

  6. 06

    Hotels and appointments

Hotels ashore, and medical and dental appointments with private clinics whenever they are needed.

London Heliport at Battersea, beside the Thames

London Heliport at Battersea is open from 07:00 to 23:00, seven days a week.

Private aviation

Passengers clear Border Force in the terminal itself. The aircraft operator files the General Aviation Report, and the notice required depends on where the flight began.
