A pro forma account is issued before arrival and cleared funds are requested against it. Supplier costs pass through at the supplier’s figure, each with its invoice attached and its number quoted, and the account is reconciled within a week of sailing. No commission or rebate is taken. Where a payment is made before funds have cleared, 5 per cent is charged on that payment. VAT at 20 per cent is charged on fees.

- The fee covers the pleasure craft report, immigration for those arriving with the yacht, the booking of pilotage, the berth and the bridge lift, payment of dues, attendance at arrival and departure, the departure report and the account, with two hours of agent time.
