Sunseeker announces new owners and chief executive

Cross Ocean Partners and Cheyne Capital are the new long-term owners of the Poole builder.

Scott Millar is appointed chief executive, following Steve Timms in the interim role, and Adrian Mardell, formerly of Jaguar Land Rover, becomes non-executive chairman. Sunseeker builds at Poole and Portland.
