Private jet arrivals for superyacht guests in the UK
The short answer
For guests and the principal's office: the private aviation terminals nearest each port, their hours, and the notice customs need.
For owners and guests flying privately, each of the ports we serve has a private aviation terminal within reach, and we arrange the transfer from the aircraft to the yacht by chauffeured car, with close protection where you instruct it.
London
Farnborough is under an hour by road from central London, and Biggin Hill has a helicopter shuttle. London City Private Jet Centre is three miles from Canary Wharf. London Heliport at Battersea is open from 07:00 to 23:00, seven days a week, with customs by General Aviation Report on 12 hours' notice.
The Solent
Southampton Airport, with Signature Aviation handling, needs a General Aviation Report 4 hours ahead from the EU, 12 from the Channel Islands and 24 from elsewhere. Solent Airport Daedalus at Lee-on-the-Solent is open from 09:00 to 18:00 and holds a Border Force Certificate of Agreement for arrivals from the EU and the Channel Islands.
The south west
Bournemouth Airport, with XLR Jet Centre handling, is open from 07:00 to 19:00 and around the clock on request, and Exeter Airport from 08:00 to 20:00 and around the clock on request. Cornwall Airport Newquay, with Weston Aviation handling from 08:00 to 19:00, has customs fast track.
